Melissa Donohue, Ed.D. is an award-winning leader in financial education and wealth literacy, and has extensive experience in Next Gen and family wealth education, research, and writing. She has worked with numerous ultra high net worth families to empower all generations in responsible stewardship of their family legacy. Dr. Donohue's Family Wealth Education program was awarded the MMI/Barron's Industry Award for Investor Education. Her book Financial Nutrition for Young Women was awarded the Independent Publisher Book Award. Dr. Donohue has extensive experience in wealth management, finance, and financial journalism, with firms including Morgan Stanley, Wasserstein Perella, Swiss Bank, and Bloomberg News.
Dr. Donohue has a Masters degree from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, and a Doctoral degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with published research in financial literacy. She has a Bachelor's degree from Oberlin College, and attended New York University in Paris. Dr. Donohue is passionate about volunteering, and also enjoys art, dance, swimming, and travel.
